Check and confirm the installation finished.
Put the locked screws into the material warehouse, the screw can't exceed the bottom of guide rail, otherwise, it will caused material warehouse blocked .
Connect the power supply (AC220V), air source (air pressure 0.4~0.6Mpa), push the air source switch to right end (air pressure meter display the pressure). The driver nozzle be at non screw status when first time use.
Quickly click the electric driver lightly touch type switch, finish that discharge the screws (if first time use and no screw in the screw transporting plastic pipe then need double click again).
Align to the locked products screw holes, press down the electric driver lightly touch switch, the electric driver automatically stop running after locking finished, now can't loosen the electric driver switch immediately, firstly make the electric drive leave the workpiece a certain distance then loosen the electric driver switch (the electric driver about 20cm leave the workpiece, avoid the impact damage the locked products), finish next one time discharge screws. And so on, continue tasking.
Should check whether material cabin lack materials or whether material feeding rail blocked the materials when equipment buzzer alarming (the screw can'l exceed the guide rail bottom when feeding materials, otherwise, it will caused materials blocked), solve the failures, release alarm first then can continue working.
